Vintage 60's Bell Toptex 500TX Open Face Motorcycle Helmet With Bubble Visor Sz. 7

For sale is an early Bell 500TX motorcycle helmet with a bubble face shield. I feel comfortable saying that this is 100% a Bell helmet. I've thoroughly checked the styrofoam for bell stickers and I cannot find one. This helmet was found with many other articles from the 50's & 60's, so I'm making the assumption that this helmet was from that time period.

The leather & metal accents on the inside also date this helmet to be on the older side. The inside foam is crumbling & will continue to crumble until it's replaced. Underneath the initial layer of foam is a layer of styrofoam that lines the helmet. The cotton lining on the inside covers about 3/4 of the helmet.

There are scuffs throughout on the outer shell. Some of the bordering pieces have fallen off to reveal the helmet/glue underneath. Helmet features a yellowed bubble visor as well. From a smoke & pet free home - no odors. Inside circumference measures roughly 22 - fairly confident that this helmet is a size small.
