Vintage soviet professional racing helmet with INTERCOM 1980s USSR EXTRA RARE

This helmet is a unique piece of Soviet motorsport! The helmet participated in the championship of Ukraine, the championships of the USSR and the countries of the socialist camp. It is also unusual in the presence of a special Soviet-style intercom system, an earpiece is installed in one ear in the helmet, and a microphone is also connected (shown in a separate photo). Through a special connector and wire, the signal was sent to special equipment on the instrument model.

The helmet served its pilot for many years, after which it was used for several years in the children's youth sports school in Kiev (this is written in Russian on the front of the helmet). This way you can see the team number (94) and the blood type of the pilot - which was a necessity in professional racing.
